Announcement: The students are overwhelmed with the number of things they need to study for their upcoming exams. I fear the scores won't be good. Please encourage to study this weekend so they can have OK grades for this semester.


Today's HW:
  1. Review Oral Exam Worksheet
  2. Practice reading for the oral exam.
  3. Review/ re-read Leonardo's Horse, review detail cards on Quizlet.
Class 1: Morning 
  • Main Ideas and Details of Mahalia Jackson
Class 2: Afternoon 
  • Practice new part of the speaking exam. Put story cards in the correct sequence together and tell the story with a partner.
  • Test taking skills for listening and reading exam
  • Finish notes and review of Mahalia Jackson
